I ordered a few backyard items and, to my surprise, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. No missing parts, no wrong colors, none of the usual nonsense that companies somehow manage to mess up. i was ready to be annoyed and blame them if something came wrong, but the order was smooth and correct.

I had to return an item I got for my home setup, and the whole process was really easy. The refund came through quickly too, which I appreciated.

It took me a little while to put together, but overall the assembly was simple. Everything went together smoothly, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I bought a patio set from Backyard Expressions and it’s been outside through some heavy rain and a few windy days. So far, I haven’t noticed any rust or cracking, and the cushions dried out quicker than I expected. I thought it might start showing a little wear by now, but it still looks really solid. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The item itself was fine, so that’s good, but the delivery box showed up crushed and dirty. Like, really dirty. Not the best delivery experience, but thankfully nothing was missing or broken
